I registered my facility/hospital in enterprise now what?

One of our support team representatives will reach out to you shortly to help you set up your account.

Why is the registration button on the enterprise is disabled after I fill out my information?

The registration button is only available when all fields are filled out correctly. Please review all the information and confirm that everything is correct. Should you encounter any difficulty, you can call us at 1-855-210-2401.

Why can’t I log in after Registering?

Your account is manually reviewed and approved. It may take up to 12hrs for your account to be approved.

Why was my registration still not approved?

If a personal email address is used, the account will not be approved. Please use your work email address. Thanks.

What do I put for billing when registering if it is covered by the OMA?

Select "Use Primary user and primary billing contact".

Managing Shifts

Why is my enterprise just loading?

This may sometimes happen. To make sure you have the most stable work environment, please try using Google Chrome. Should problems persist, please call us at 1-855-210-2401.

How do I know when someone has picked up a shift?

All users will get an email notification when a shift is picked up.

What do I do when a physician canceled a shift?

The shift will automatically go to the general pool.

What do I do if the physician I requested is not picking up an upcoming shift?

If your requested physician doesn't pick up the shift within 4 hours, the shift will automatically go to back into the general pool.

How do I edit/delete a shift?

You can click on the shift in dashboard or shifts/history calendar view and either select edit/delete. You have up to 12hrs before the shift time to make an edit, you can delete shift at any moment.

Account Management

What do I do when I forget my password?

Go to Click on Log In, and then select Forgot Password. From there, you can simply follow the prompts to reset your password.

My secondary user can not access the platform after I added them

When adding a secondary user, they will get an email prompting them to set the password for your platform, that email link expires after 12hrs, in which it can be sent out again.

How do I delete a secondary user?

Go to Settings on your platform menu, scroll up and open secondary users, select on the user you want to delete and press delete.
